About Trust Inheritance
Lifetime peace of mind
For over 20 years, Trust Inheritance has been transforming legal services, offering a professional, reliable and credible service to all our clients.
Our experienced legal team includes our own Company Lawyer, who is a member of The Law Society and is supported by qualified and student members of The Institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) and also The Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP), with access to a network of experts, including accounting, tax and property experts.
For your reassurance and that of your family, our Legal Case Managers provide a friendly, personal service and will always be on hand to answer any questions that you or your loved ones may have.
With Trust Inheritance you can rest assured that we are legal specialists. Our legal team, led by our Company Lawyer, has years of experience in drafting Wills and helping families with Estate Administration and other legal services. Alongside this, our team of trained and licensed advisers provide a unique home visit service across England and Wales.
Unlike many legal teams, we are independent from Banks and Solicitors and offer a choice of affordable, fixed fee plans so you know exactly how much the service will cost. What’s more, although we offer executor assistance you don’t have to name us as an executor in your Will, meaning you leave all the important decisions to the people that know you best.
As a founder member of The Professional Association of Legal Services (PALS), we view PALS membership as a fundamental tool to protect all our clients and their families. PALS was formed on the 1st August 2002, with the primary objective of protecting its members’ clients by ensuring the continuity of their services. In the event of retirement, ill health or liquidation of a member, their clients will be serviced by the remaining PALS members. This means any services purchased by you will be honoured by ourselves, our successors, or the remaining PALS members at no extra cost to you. More about PALS.
The institute of Legal Executives (ILEX) is the professional body representing over 22,000 Legal Executives and Trainee Legal Executives. ILEX was established in 1963 with the support of the Law Society. It is now a leading provider of comprehensive legal education which influences law reform.
Legal Executives are qualified lawyers specialising in a particular area of law. They will have passed the ILEX Professional Qualification in Law in an area of legal practice to the same level as that required of solicitors, visit: www.ilex.org.uk.
The Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) is the leading worldwide professional body for practitioners specialising in trusts, estate planning and administration as well as other related issues. STEP members help families secure their financial future and protect the interests of vulnerable relatives by providing expert advice on how to comply with the often complex law and tax rules surrounding trusts, estates and inheritance. STEP promotes the highest professional standards through education and training, leading to widely respected professional qualifications.
You can identify if your adviser is a full STEP member by the use of the designation TEP (Trust and Estate Practitioner) after their name. TEPs are the most experienced and senior practitioners in the field of trusts and estates.
